Corrections Policy
Cost data, program rules, and product details change — and sometimes we simply get something wrong. When that happens, we want to know.
How to report an error
Email support@agingathomeadvisor.com and include:
- The page URL
- The information you believe is incorrect
- A brief explanation
- Supporting sources when available
Review process
The editorial team reviews every report against the page’s sources and, where needed, the underlying government or research source. Reports with supporting sources move fastest.
Material corrections
Errors that could affect a reader’s decision — wrong cost ranges, coverage statements, or safety guidance — are corrected promptly, and the page carries a visible update note describing what changed.
Minor corrections
Typos, formatting, and clarity fixes that don’t change meaning are made without an update note.
Editorial independence
Not every disagreement results in a correction — where sources genuinely conflict, we say so on the page rather than adopting one side. Correction decisions are editorial decisions and are never influenced by commercial relationships.
